“I love you”
We have heard it enough, we said it enough and we meant it, every single word each and every time we say it. It is easy to say that out loud, when we want to express the depth of feelings we have for others but how often have you heard yourself saying, “I love myself”?
The truth is, it is easier to love somebody than to love ourselves.
Before we can love others, we have to first, start loving ourselves.
“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
We are not a healer. We can’t heal anyone. We, at #MEM we want to create a safe space, a movement where people can be bold to be themselves and love who they are.
It all begins with being +positive and the rest will fall into places.
It’s amazing when people start to love themselves more and more each day, their lives get better.
It may be hard at the beginning, especially if you are like most of us who tends to put people’s needs first instead of yours, or you are also like most of us who can hardly say the word no.
But you got to start somewhere, and we suggest that you start with these:
/ Have a positive mind-set and live with it.
Get emotionally honest
/ Learn to let go.
Be willingly to surrender
/ Breathe, relax and let go.
Expand your interest
/ Try something new. Something that you love.
Be patient with yourself
/ Let go of urgency and fear.
Live in appreciation
/ Teach your mind to be grateful.
Own your potential
/ Love yourself enough to believe in limitless opportunities
/ Eliminate toxic people from your life.
And let us know the impact of difference it brings towards you.
#MEM Anomaly was created and inspired by the power of quietness and resilience. When you try so hard to be someone you’re not, you lose sight of yourself. You end up doing things to please others. #MEM Anomaly empowers you to take the leap further, be bold and be your unique self.
Let’s hold hands and spread this movement to help each other live a better life, a better us.
